Thor Foods was formed in 1983, initially concentrating its efforts importing fresh and frozen food products from Denmark into the U.K for manufacturing purposes.As time evolved consumer demands altered. Far more sophisticated recipe dishes were introduced by the major retailers. This natural progression provided the impetus to increase our portfolio of vegetables, soft fruits and herbs.
Today we respond rapidly to customer demands, delivering anywhere in mainland Britain and Eire from one pallet to full containers.
Added to this we have three fresh food preparation plants working seven days a week to produce a range of products for the manufacturer.
Our market profile has been further enhanced with the addition of the complete range of freshly prepared citrus fruits, juices, zests, peels and shreds. These products are manufactured daily to the highest specification and are used in many different applications within the food industry.
