Fine granular crumb, adds flavour to dips, sauces, savoury dishes, and cakes Orange, lemon, or lime zest available in 1mm or 2mm crumb size 1kg or 5kg pack sizes.


Orange Peel

Traditional ingredient used in seasonal favourites such as Christmas puddings, mince pies, and hot cross buns. Available in orange, lemon, lime, or mixed combinations. Particle size 3mm, available in 5kg or 7kg pack.

Whole crushed fruit. Used in sauces, squashes, preserves, and cakes.

Hand prepared fresh shreds of orange or lemon peel. Used to garnish desserts, pates, and prepared meals 1mm x20mm size, available in 1kg or 5kg pack.
